Default Headphone Jack Problems?

I did a brief scan of the support forums and did not see anything addressing any issues with the Headphone Jack.

I'm currently experiencing a problem when attempting to plug in my headphones. I don't have any "Beats Audio" headphones but I don't think that makes a difference. I have regular Skull Candy earbuds and I have to end up plugging them in ever so slowly before the phone will register that they are even plugged in. And that's when I'm lucky. Also sometimes when it registers the headphones are plugged in, it will deactivate the headphones on its own.

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if there is a fix for it, or if it sounds like a defect in the phone and I should send it back.

Thanks!

HTC has broken the boundaries again with the DROID DNA. This 5-inch behemoth comes to compete directly with the Galaxy Note 2, but what gives it the edge over the popular Samsung device? Well, this guy has a full HD 1080p display. Mix that with a p... Read More
