You can see all the info at walmart.com. usually the store honors that price with a good return policy also.

WalMart has always had the worst search engine of any online retailer. I searched for "droid" and "eris" with no results. I finally had to go to cell phone category to find it. As near as I could find, they don't cell it without contract. It doesn't really matter because I already own the Eris, but I was just curious.

Never mind, it is only good for a brand new contract. The 2 year upgrade or adding a line is still $99.99.
