Default Moving Doctuments ToGo from Motorola Droid to HTC Droid.

I purchased the Documents ToGo for my Motorola Droid on a Saturday, then I replaced that phone with the HTC on Monday. I went to the Marketplace and checked my downloads. All my previous purchases and downloads were there, but not the Documents ToGo (purchased version).

I use the same google account for both phones, so that shouldn't be an issue - as stated above, all other downloads are there.

Contacted DataViz, was told they could not help me. Contacted Google Checkout and was told to contact DataViz. Emailed DataViz via Google Checkout to see if this would help. Was thinking of contacting my credit card company to open a dispute.

Anyone else have this issue and what did you do to solve it?

With my Palm and my BlackBerry I had to download the software and then get an unlock code for it so that I could use it. Is it different on Android? If not, you should just be able to download it again from the market and enter your serial number.

Issue resolved. DataViz contacted me via email, called them on the phone and got my app re-licensed.

Just had to send an email to DataViz via google checkout stating what happened. Contacted me a few hours later... Wished it could have been worked out when I first contacted them, but all is well now in the end.

Great! How is Docs2go in the Android format? I loved in on Palm and liked it ok on Blackberry.

Haven't gotten to use it much on the droid - I purchased it while at the Apple Store (purchasing software for work). They were using iPhones for POS and since my email was in their system, they asked if it would be OK for them to email me my receipt (as a PDF).

Then I traded phones...

Long story, short: Received email from apple, used droid to read email and check receipt. Purchased Docs ToGo while waiting.

Like the program better that what I had on the Palm devices. Didn't really use it on my Storm.
