Yes, I purchased Power Control Plus so I could have green lights instead of blue lights. I like it, well worth the purchase price. I used Desktop Visualizer to do the icons that aren't on the launcher.
If anyone is interested in the icons, I made a bunch of them, I can zip them up and make them available for download.
awesome! so many awesome layouts unnnnnngh now I just want a clear or autohiding menu bar....

How did you get Fancy Widgets? I thought it was removed from the market. I found a QR code and the page still came up, but I figured the download wouldn't work.

You also shouldn't trust most things on the internet. I may be paranoid, but it's payed off so far.

I think I'm going to stick with Beautiful Widgets for the moment, since I payed for it. Thanks for the link though.

okay I've finally gotten a non sucky setup. no fancy custom skins or anything, just a purely functional, minimalist setup.
lockscreen: widget lock, last.fm widget, google voice widget (google it, not out yet), and beautiful home again. swipe right - dialer one. swipe left - gmail. vib toggle center. the widgets are interactive while the phone is unlocked. saves me a lot of hassle at the gym because its hard to swipe the unlocker with sweaty/gloved hands.

You need the .png files that are in the .zip file on your sd card. I would recomend creating a folder on your sd card called "icons" and put the .png files in there.

If you use LauncherPro, you can have up to three docks.

You can have three docks, each with 5 places, and you can scroll through the docks. I presume on the post that was originally referred to that the poster had simply scrolled to a different dock after he had changed home screens. Not that the dock actually changed as the home screen changed.
