Default Took a lickin, kept on tickin'

Had my phone in my hand as I closed car door, phone slipped and went flying, hard to the ground. Screen is Ok. The small rocker on side for volume popped off. It stays in place when I put cover back on. Got a small scratch/ding on top right corner But, it all works fine still. Thank God. ( I don't do insurance, cause I've never had prob. b4 ) Lets hope it's a once in a lifetime boo-boo.

Do you have a hard protective case or were you speaking of the battery cover?

Did you have to change pants afterward?

I've dropped mine once and my heart almost stopped as I watched it sail towards the ground. The case and battery cover went flying, but the phone was unharmed. It is always scary when it happens.

Ouch.

I dropped mine a couple of times already. The case doesn't stay SUPER TIGHTLY closed anymore, slightly creaky/loose (bothers me like crazy), but the screen is 100%, and it looks like new.

I throw it in the pockets with my keys, throw it on my desk, etc.

The screen is scratch free and the body looks just fine.

Is the date in that user name your birthday? H.S. graduation year? College grad year?

As for me, it's the year of my 99th birthday.

Yesterday when I was getting it set up at Verizon the guy offered me the insurance, which I declined...and then he proceeded to pick it up and dropped it and it bounced about 2 feet.
I asked him if that's what they do to people who decline insurance

Well, I am sure that the salesman broke the youtube app when he dropped it, so he could just join napster's law suite. I hear they have really nice chairs.

I feel I'd jinx myself if I opted for insurance. I'll take my chances.

I hope very few people use that logic to keep themselves from buying insurance, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers for their homes.
