Question Will OS Update enable bluetooth initiated voice-dialing?

Does anyone know if the new OS will allow for Bluetooth Headset initiated Voice Dialing?

Yeah, I don't care about animated backgrounds anyways. Seems like it would just create lag and we know how everyone hates lag...

I didn't really care about live wallpapers themselves, I just took it as a sign that they optimized hardware usage so much that no only can the phone now operate fine, but it can also have some superfluous moving scenes just for the hell of it.
