Default INC 2 world phone
since inc 2 is world phone, will it work with att or have to be in other country to work ?

i would say it won't since it is going to be a VZW branded phone. Until someone comes out with some type of unlocking method

I imagine they'll do what they did with the Droid 2 Global and lock down the 850/1900 MHz GSM bands used by US carriers in the software.
