Okay so I've had this phone for less then 24 hours and it's already messing up. I was listening to music on my BRAND NEW phone and as I was opening a text message the screen shuts off then goes to the HTC boot up screen but here's the catch the HTC screen goes away, comes back, goes away, comes back, ect. Like I said this is a BRAND NEW phone. I tryed to factory reset the phone ( Hold vol down and power ) goto factory reset and just goes back to the HTC boot up screen and just goes on to do what it was already doing. I really like the phone but I'm just sick of all these brand new phones f*** up on me everytime..

Please help

First you say it is a new phone, did you buy it from the carrier, and it is new or refurbished

Also check and see if there are any firmware updates, you many need to update the phone with the latest firmware, if you can get to it, LOL report back

The latest update bricks some phones. Sounds like you got one. Have it replaced.
