Boot Loop Frozen ?

A lot of people are having a problem with there Incredible 2 at the boot loop screen. Most of the problem are on rooted devices, but I can surely say that it does NOT just happen on rooted devices, because this problem started with me a while back and I still have it up to this day. When I boot my phone and when it gets to the red loop screen it freezes there for like a minute or so. Just leave it alone and it should finish the boot process after a minute of just being on that screen.
