If the Fireball/Droid Incredible 4g had come out in January, or February, or March...it would have been spectacular.
But now the landscape has changed. It's months late, people turn over phones every 9 months now. HTC is notoriously slow with new releases, we all know that, and so is Verizon. Google is now committed to certain devices to avoid continued fragmentation.
The HTC DI4 will never see jelly bean, kettle corn, lolipop or any other android version.
And while I'm on my soapbox, the smartphone is going the way of the PDA and the iPod.
You heard it here first.
