Incoming Call Volume Help Wanted

All of my incoming calls come in at maximum volume now. Is there any way to keep the in call volume all the way down? Anyone else experiencing this?

I haven't had that problem. Did you try a reboot?

Yup, no dice. I get my ear drum blasted out every time I answer the phone.

Your sure it's not somehow stuck on speakerphone?

No, its not on speaker phone.

If a battery pull with the phone on doesn't fix it the next option is a factory reset. Then a warranty replacement.

I'm having a similar issue, but only when connected via Bluetooth to my Ford SYNC.

Update, I am still having the same problem. I even downloaded an app to lock in the volume setting, but I found the popup the app gave me every time I got a call or changed the media volume to be more annoying than the original problem.

I simply just lower the volume all the way down before putting the phone to my ear.
