Default Check your SD card!

Just a quick heads up to those who are taking the Incredible 2 or any other phone as a replacement for your half-baked gingerbread Incredible, check your SD card before wiping your old phone!

I just discovered that all the pics I took after the update were saved to the internal storage, not the SD card. Luckily I checked just as I was getting ready to wipe my phone, or all the pics I took of our Disney World/Harry Potter trip would have been lost!

Not sure if this is something that has happened to others, or just me, but thought I'd put it out there in case I'm not alone.

Default

Yeah the camera defaults to internal. (in fact I think "save to SD" is borked on the GB release)

FYI, if you don't think google is evil :P I use goggle+ and have it set to instantly upload photos to a "private" folder so I know I at least have a "copy"
