Why won't this incredible phone give in already. I would like a new updated device, but the OG still is performing great. I thought two years would pass and that would be it. Just updated the radio tonight and it has definitely improved my signal strength here at home. Been eyeing the 4g3, wanted to get it launch day, but personal life situations prevented that. So, now that I've followed along with the reviews, I'm not so sure. We'll see how it goes. Maybe I'll cave this week. I've never ever been so satisfied with a phone as I am with my og droid incredible, and I've had quite a few in 18 yrs.
Still have mine, well I got a rezound to lock in unlimited data but my daughter couldnt be happier with the Dinc. I'd say it's amazing except the wifes droid x is still kicking too and it isn't much newer
Just got another one off Ebay, so I will be back to the Org Inc in a few days. Have the Inc2 now, was thinking about upgrading to the Inc 4G. Can make up my mind and this Inc2 has poor reception where I have my land in Northern WI, so I need to go back to the Org Inc...
i still have my incredible but it is in retirement mode for now because i use the rezound... but i still use my incredible for the internet when im charging my rezound... i am planning on getting the 4g soon though
I actually reactivated my Incredible after I got tired of the POS Verizon Gnex failing as a phone again and again. The only other interesting Android phone on VZW is the S3, and that one has a locked bootloader. So I guess it's time to switch carriers and move to a GSM Galaxy Nexus, where the radio actually works. Of course, I could keep using my Incredible, but once you have had a taste of Jellybean, it's really hard to go back to Gingerbread lol

My Inc has been getting really glitchy lately. I've had to Restart it more & Restore or reinstall my ROM. I love my Inc, but I think I'm ready for the 4G. No other phone really catches my eye.
I have one, bought off ebay (used unit). I'm planning to keep this and use this hopefully for sometime simply because it feels great to use it and light on the pocket too. Just the right size and excellent performance. Now that its rooted its even better.
I live in the Pacific and would you believe I was still able to get the latest verizon update even when I cannot possibly in any way use their network. LOL..
I've had my incredible for almost two years, it's showing its age a bit but it is still up and kicking. I have stock jellybean brought over by albinoman and it is super slick. I like to keep it pretty vanilla because I want to keep it pretty minimal. The battery life savings in standby are pretty good, I can usually go a whole day on light usage with the stock battery.

I love my DINC! I have had it since its release, and even though it is no longer my primary phone (I ditched verizon a while ago for sprint) I still use it as a wifi phone with groove ip and love it! It used to be rooted to MIUI, but that was back when it was running a version of gingerbread. I dusted it off recently to play with an android phone again (I have an iphone...for now.) and updated the root to RC3(I think that is what it is called) it is now running Jelly Bean pretty perfectly!
my only complaint is it no longer has a back plate....i need to get my butt on amazon and get one lol
