Germwise

This is kind of a fun story. I just had my tonsils taken out on thursday and until today I kind of felt OK with very light speaking.

Now though It hurts to say anything. Being the nerd that I am though I setup my macbook to read what I type so I could send a happy birthday message and to communicate with my GF.

Then I figured, why not use my phone? I installed TTS prompted from the google translator and found the free speaking pad application. When I need something I just type it in and press speak.

Ok its a bit nerdy but seriously if you had your tonsils taken out as an adult you'd understand why I'm using this.

just thought I'd share. There are surely other really cool apps no one thought they would ever use.
