My dock mode on my evo 3d keeps popping up from time to time. Most of the time when I turn my phone on after it starts up it asks me if I want to use dock mode. It will continue to pop up until I hit dock mode. Any Ideas?

could be a physical issue with the actual usb port.

what have you done yourself to troubleshoot?

are you rooted?

made any major installs/uninstalls?

have the latest htc update?

are you using task killers?

does it happen frequent enough you can take it into sprint and have them test?

lastly, have you tried a factory reset?
