Missing Apps on Google Play/Loading issues with Google Play
Anyone having problems with Google Play? It just perpetually says "loading" when I do an app search. It shows "My Apps", but when I try to install them, all I see is "loading". I tried a reset...no luck.
Update: Never mind, got it working. Mods can junk this thread, thanks.

Missing Apps on EVO, but Says Installed On Play Store?
Any reason why some apps that were pre-installed do not show up on the phone, yet when you go to your apps on the Play store, they are there?
For example the Google Music app shows up installed on my device, yet to access it I cannot go to my apps on the phone, I have to go to the Play store.. find Google Music and then press Open.
1. soft reset the phone using the pulldown power menu (press and hold power button)
2. you should also clear cache and data on google play app
3. go to market.android.com and do a remote install from the site.

Hello everyone. I had purchased the pdanet app for my last phone (Evo 3D) and now am having a hard time finding it in the play store. Anyone else having the same issue? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
By the way, this phone is sick!!!

If you goto PdaNet -- USB Tether/Bluetooth DUN for Android . Click on Download version 3.5 the link is on the next page that says if you can't find it in Market to download it here. I did that and worked fine on his phone.

Well thought I had my issue fixed.
Since I got the phone, my apps doesn't list my purchased apps.
It keeps showing SoundHound has an update, which I had never installed the app. (can someone who hasn't install check their all apps in settings and see if it's there?)
I search and installed the paid version thinking it would fix it/something. It didn't. I uninstalled.
I went into settings apps all and SoundHound was there -NOT in downloads.
So, I cleared cache and data and un-installed.
While in there, cleared Play Store data.
Rebooted.
Go onto Play Store, accept terms, and on my apps, soundhound is gone, and all my paid apps are there! Yay!!
I exit, go back in, and boo! My paid apps are gone again, and fing soundhound which is no where on any of my devices, is saying there is an uodate, but its not installed.
Ugh.

Soundhound is bundled inside of the HTC music app. I hope someone finds a way to get it out of there.

Ugh lol I uninstalled it but it still knows there's a update.
. And yes, that it not cool. Tired of bloatware. Good app, don't like it forced.
So where are my other apps?
Edit never mind... New function.. Swipe to the left, all apps, current, purchased and previously downloaded apps in Play Store under my apps then All to the right when swiping left. Ugh hate the all previously downloaded apps being listed.
Still don't want soundhound telling me to update when I have uninstalled it.

I know this is a know problem and it's been discussed, but I can't find it.
I went to the google play site online and sent all my old applications to my phone. I saw them installing, but they are not there. When I go online and verify, it says "installed", but if I go to the Play store on the phone, it gives me the option to "install".
I remember last time this happened, they eventually appeared, but is there anything we can do to make them show up? I held the power for 10 secs, but still not there.
Have you tried clearing cache and/or data from the playstore app so it has to re-sync what you have installed?
Well, I just tried it. Was only able to "Clear Data". When I went to the online version of Google Play, all the apps that I installed that I said were missing now are now available to install again. I just installed 2 of them, and they are showing up.
So.. is that the trick? lol. How come it didn't install as mentioned in the first place? Any ideas?
what's really annoying about the Google Play store is the 20 page limit in the "other apps in my library" section!!! I have to install apps I don't want anymore just show it gets them out and shows my more of my apps that are past the 20 page mark.
How does Google not open it to show more than 20 pages of apps you've downloaded???
Don't know if this has been covered before, buts a new one for me. Everytime I restart my phone only some of the apps I moved over to my SD card show up and I end up having to re-download these apps from the Play Store. The icons are there but when I try and open them up it says the app is no longer installed.
Is there something I'm missing? An unchecked box or maybe there's an issue with my SD card? I've re-started my 4G LTE only a couple times and I'm concerned I have to go through this chore each and everytime I restart the phone.
The my apps in the market keeps record of apps priorly installed, they are not installed on your phone unless you download and install them again, (after a factory reset, or in the case of a new phone) so no need to worry about them.

in Google Play....over time I've downloaded a lot of different apps- many of which I will never download again. But with this new phone when I go to my apps they all show up since I downloaded them on my account. I've logged in on the computer and on the phone and don't see anyway possible to delete an app I've downloaded from showing up in MyApps- is it possible? Advice?
Thanks for the feedback...

i do not think that you can delete the apps listed in my apps in google play. they are not downloaded to your phone yet so it is just a matter of weeding thru which one you want.goggle play keeps the most current ones first so it should be easy going back to what you want. another idea is to do backups with My Backup Pro which can back up your apps and more to the sd card. comes in handy if you have to do a factory reset.

Have you tried Google Play->My Apps->(select app you want to delete)->Uninstall?

The HTC EVO 4G LTE is Sprint's version of the HTC One X. It comes with all the same specs, except for the processor, internal storage and radios (includes LTE). And aesthetics are also significantly different.
