Default google play store and stock browser not working

Well it just started happening today but when I try to go on the stock browser it gives me a white screen and that's it let me do anything else. I have tried killing it with the task manager yet it doesn't show it to be sleeping/running. I erased the chache and even the data (which I really didn't want to do). Idk what to do next. Also google play store opens fine legend search for a app but when I click on the app it completely freezes and will not let me do anything I have also tried the same things for this with no results. So any help is greatly appreciated before I break down and go into best buy or sprint. Honestly I think I know more about these phones then they do..

are you having connection problems? can you , say, stream pandora (if you use it) or any other streaming app?

have you tried another browser?

went to Youtube?

are you WIFI or Cellular?

are you having general connection issues? this could depend on your current connection (wifi, 3G, etc)

Hey to answer ur question I was on WiFi I did try dolphin which worked but today I guess my EVO just decided hey let's throw em a curveball and work today so idk this phone is starting to irritate cuz I do experience lag on the home screen and when I back out of games such as shadowgun or mass effect sense will force close every time I also encounter a delay sometimes when I'm scrolling in the stock browser and facebook

Well the reloading of Sense does happen after you have used resource demanding apps (like games). Your phone needed the resources with your running app and figured Sense needed to go.

FYI, I've played Frontline Commando from GLU and have yet to have Sense reload. "Force close" of Sense is different IMO.

Let's focus on one problem/solution at a time.

So you have tried multiple browsers (Dolphin, Chrome, Firefox) and you still get a white screen?

Is your Google Play (market) still not working?

If you have cleared cache/date for those apps, I'd hate to suggest a Factory Reset as a last resort before going back to the store.
