Default htc evo 4g lte LED light

The red LED light that usually lights up when the phone is charging will not go off. I have tried downloading that light flow thing, restarting it and powering it off. I really do not want to do a factory reset any other ideas??

welcome to the forums!!!!!!
try and do a soft reset. first make sure that you have fastboot disabled. it is found under settings>power>uncheck fastboot. next power off the phone. wait for like 30 secs and then reboot. hopefully that should fix the glitch.

I would think if that doesn't do it, you can hold the power button of 10 seconds and to a hard reset. If that doesn't do it, then you have a real problem.
