Default Why does my lock screen change to the weather? [Resolved]

I've noticed that in the mornings when I turn on my phone, it shows the weather and two buttons, I think one is called Forecast. It doesn't show my dock bar.

The problem is that I have my lock screen set to show my contacts, not the weather. Once I unlock my phone and then re-lock it, then it works properly.

Anyone know why it does this?

Edit: I should add that this weather screen is not the same as the actual weather lock screen that you can set. This one is not full screen, but rather shows the weather in a box.

On your main home screen tap the weather under your clock. Once I the weather app, hit the menu button in the top right corner. Then tap settings. The last setting will show your weather every morning. Uncheck this setting and that will go away.

Thanks! All the times I've been to the settings and I don't think I ever noticed that one!

Actually I always read manuals. Is this feature mentioned in there? I just took another look and didn't see it. Where is it?

I could have sworn it was in weather or alerts. My bad, I apologize. However, I knew that it was in the weather settings. This is something the user must set.
