Default sense 5.0

With the HTC One rolling out soon...will the EVO LTE see the new sense that is coming with the One?

I hope so too because I really don't like the idea of no sd card slot. That's kind of a deal breaker for me

Honestly I wouldn't expect the LTEvo to get an official update to Sense 5. They may do like a version 4.5 or 4++ or something. Who knows though? Did the Evo3D get Sense 4+ update? Or the Original Evo?

I did read on the HTC site that all One X and S models would get a Sense update to include Blinkfeed. I'll try to find the link.

What is Blinkfeed?

Nevermind...I found this > Blinkfeed brings previously hidden content to the home screen, so you can see the things that are most interesting to you at a glance, without having to open a series of apps.

Default Android 5.0 "news"

Well my phone decided to brick it self for no reason. While I was getting a replacement phone I asked about Android 5.0 and the rep said the evo should get it. I didn't ask when and I know reps aren't really in the loop but take it with a grain a salt.

Sorry to hear about your phone dying.

The update to what we expect to be called Key Lime Pie will probably depend on when it's coming. The rumor mill is up in the air whether it will be 5.0 or 4.x.

We are expecting Sense 5, no telling which rumor the rep was sharing.

Reps typically have no information about HTC/Sprint major Android updates, and because so little is known about KLP, I bet that they meant Sense 5.
