I'm an avid movie watcher and the app called Run Pee is a life saver. It tells you when there is a lull in the film so you can go run and pee. It also tells you what you are missing while you're in the restroom.

Sounds awesome so I installed it, but it just says it's waiting for the PC to connect and it never does?

Damn, I have to use a completely separate controlling device to do that.

Pause button.

Seriously though, that sounds like a great idea for when you're watching new releases in the movie theater.

Edit: Just downloaded it. This thing is awesome!!! I wonder how accurate it is?
Hmm... I think I may use this app to screen movies before I go see them in theaters depending on how accurate it turns out to be.

I wish it still had "date night" listed in its movie list so that I could judge its accuracy. That movie was nothing but one big piss break with a few 3min intervals to come back and watch :P

I downloaded NBA Gametime and purchased the league pass add on, 40+ live games a week. And yes it works with the hdmi output so I can watch the games on my tv.

Hilarious app and curiously functional. I watch a lot of movies at Movie Tavern and the beer can run right through you sometimes.

I feel the need to expand upon this a little.
The purpose of screening the movies is not because I am afraid of pissing myself. Rather, I figure that, depending on the length of the film, the more pee breaks the movie has the worse it will be.

He could have been using video live wallpaper. Save a youtube vid to your card and use that to make it your background.

THIS IS A BETA APPLICATION. NOT AVAILABLE FOR GENERAL USE YET (coming soon).

If you don't know what this does, don't install it!

"Super power ,better than juicedefender . Battery last twice as long“

Like juice defender but better , turns off mobile data , wifi , 4g etc... When the screens off depending on how you set it , does much more disable data and 4g when wifi if connected list goes on and on
Check out the link to devs post on xda in the market , everyone I know use it now and I recommend it to everyone
Use It you'll thank me

Has anyone tried this one yet? It only has one review on the market as it is fairly new. I've been looking for something like this since I switched from my BB but I try not to install apps that haven't been reviewed to be legit by more than a few people.

Silence When Docked

Well I am the developer so, I am going to tell you it is great.

Let me just tell you the pro's of Silence When Docked over Tasker:
- NO service process running all the time --> No performance or battery impact.
- Very small app only 17K, specific, non intrusive and not expensive.
- Can be used with any desk dock or no dock at all.

It's in closed beta testing and hasn't gone to the market yet (it's been in beta for around a year now ), and as far as I know there are no leaked versions of the current beta. However, he's right. It is a MUST for the Evo.

GPS Test? But yeah, you should be a bit more specific about what you want to use the GPS for. There's all kinds of apps that use GPS already installed and/or available.

Appbrain will store all of your apps online. This way when you reset or get a new phone you can get them quickly. Usually the Market will only show you the ones you have paid for after a reset. When you download appbrain, you have the option of downloading all of your previous apps..and all at once. You have to be sure to back up appbrain after installing new apps. I do not use it's market, just the feature to save my apps.

How many "scans" do you get with the free version? Is it a number that resets at a certain time, or do you just run out and are forced to buy the license?

Just a note, it's been my experience that if you go into the market right after you do a reset all of your apps are still listed for a short time. I always just fire up the wifi and hit the market right away and get it all back.

There are plenty of these types of apps on the market, so the concept must not be illegal or else google wouldnt allow it.

Can you share your settings on Super Power...

They operate under the guise that they are meant to allow the free downloading of mp3s that are not copyrighted. I would be willing to bet that there is a disclaimer somewhere in the app that says something to that effect. Even so, take the legality of it out, if you wish. It is still dishonest, fraudulent, and unethical. A form of stealing that no one seems to mind.

Photoshop
AT&T Code Scanner
Barcode Scanner
GPS Status

I think that's it.

Did I mention Tasker? That and Vlingo have to be 2 of my favorites.

Edit: I just looked at Super Power. I can do most of what it can with Tasker.

Dropbox...a must have. A good look for anyone who has to send off files away from your workstation computer.
