i believe its launcher pro. you can customize the launcher background.

dont know for sure, but i would guess its one of the many available from Beautiful Widgets. What you can do with clock/weather widgets with this app is endless.

It is Widget Locker, you have to put WLTheme zips on your SDCard.

Go to this thread and get them, plus it should have links on how to do it if you need help.

Changed it up a little. Didn't realize I didn't have the icons scaled to full size on ADW EX. I like them better now.
