Understood....but I still think it should be a sticky. It's the one thread a lot of people come to continuously. But again....i understand
and to give folks an idea of the LCD Density Changer... pandora and lastfm do not stretch across the screen. also, launcher pro icons are a bit smaller. i am set to 195, but reads 200.
Here be my screens....Sooooo happy with this phone.
@Putty- Beautiful screens.........in order to get that level of customization do I have to
1. Be rooted??
2. Use a launcher??
3. How much to buy all things necessary??
Here's mine. Simple clean and a very hot robot. I hate cluttering up my default homescreen with lots of icons. If you use ADWLauncher that is pretty much unnecessary as you can dock all your icons.
Ok, here goes some stuff.
1. Using ADW Launcher / CM6 Rom / Snap 7.1 Kernel.
2. Used a simple eyedropper program to get the color code of the wallpaper near the top and then used Cyanogen's Status Bar Customization to set the bar color.
3. You can get the wallpaper here: http://i709.photobucket.com/albums/ww99/mitchellvii/cc6359ef.jpg
4. The icons on the bottom are from "SimpText by UltraLinx". Just Google it.
5. The clock/weather is just simple Beautiful Smaller Home Weather with the background disabled and default text.
6. I am using the Cyanogen Calibrated (N1) Render Effect as it kind of makes the whites look creamier instead of stark.

Once I added the icon, I see yours are a bit larger. I'm liking yours better, can I get a link to where you got them?
I actually got them from this thread but there's so many pages I don't know where to look. Those main four are the only big ones I have, the other ones I have the regular size. I have no idea why the size difference but the bigger size makes it easier on the eyes. Here's the other three if you want them:

The smaller ones might have more "negative" space around them, causing the to be smaller. As in the icon might be 100 x 100, but the words only take up 85 x 85. Just a thought.
Here's mine for now. I'm using 5 screens.

Did you ever finish the text icons for the dock? I really want to use those.
ive been so busy with work lately that when i get home i just plop down and dont do a damn thing
that being said i ended up using the dock background from the other set of text icons but now seeing as i have a 3day weekend i might pound out a bunch in an hour or two at some point tomorrow and post them bitches up
