If you looked for "One Seven" with a SPACE between the words, you might not have found it. It is "OneSeven" and I saw it at the Appbrain site. Need to follow the link and check the Market still...I didn't get a chance to check:

I did check without space. Yes it is on app brain as i originally mentioned, but the link to the market is not operable, its as if the app just dissappeared.

The only thing I could find is the "Pro" version: Attachment 15018

Seeing as though neither version seems to be available on the market any longer, I don't see a problem with posting the paid version.

When I choose custom it takes me to the gallery where in the downloads folder I find the dock and select it. It appears, but only as a background and the default icons scroll over it????

Scudder those look like the stock Launcher Pro dock icons they come with Launcher Pro, or you might be able to get them at www.launcherpro.com

The dock icons are indeed launcher pro. It is a different launcher from HTC Sense. You can get it from the market.

As for the weather, it is an app called Beautiful Widget (which is 1.99). There are skins for it that are free that you can download. That is one of the skins

Is it a rom or what that allows you to change the dock? I don't want to use Launcher Pro Plus. I want the words for my doc, not icons. How can one do so?

With Launcher Pro (free in market) you can just long press on the icon you want to change and replace that one with any icon you have stored on your sd card. There are lots of places to get them and lots of suggestions here in this thread

You remove the slider by

Menu - Settings - Look & Feel - Slider & Layout - No Slider

Then long press the main screen and select Custom Slider. Set one to No Action

Just getting started in the ROOT MIUI world, created my own phone icon in photoshop. I think it matches the SMS icon pretty well which was stock with that theme.

Found some text icons I liked for my dock, tweaked the font color to complement my wallpaper and added some icons above the text on the dock so it was easier to see what button I was tapping on in some circumstances and came up with this:









I might change some things around, maybe add some more icons to the text...

Whatcha all think??

By the way, all the text on the page is created with Minimilistic Text widget by Devmil
