also for anyone that didnt know. You can save your icon setups in folder organizer. hit menu then export and name your file. to recall it just import it, and restart the phone, boom, just like you left them. I always save my theme before i start editing icons again
You can download icons packs from the market or below

not hot. i got up to 110 f while charging and downloading. my laptop runs at about 145f when im working it good. dont see why a cellphone couldnt handle those temps. technically my macbook is rated to handle about 212f before maybe shutting off...
and get real, many places in the US get over 100 f during the summer. chips are made to well out stand those temps...

ShootMe used to only work on rooted phones, but it works fine on un-rooted EVOs.

All the fotos you took by shaking your phone
ended on your SD card, so just connect the phone using the USB cable that came with it - then on the drop down menu
of the EVO choose
DISK DRIVE - that should get you to see Removable drive in your My Computer, inside that is a Shootme folder containing your fotos. Now just upload. I used TinyPic.com

Or just get a file manager from the market like Astro and e-mail the picture to yourself. Browse to the picture with the file manager, long press, share via e-mail.

^^depends which screen youre talkin.
main things of note are perhaps the launcher (ADW.Launcher) in place of the sense/stock launchers. and bettercut (not free), and free iconpacks in market to change Home screen icons/names.
majority of those shots were accomplished using only that. the clock widget varies too, beautiful home is perhaps the most popular. And digital clock widget is simple and free

Instead of having the Engadget app, you can use the included News widget and click Engadget feeds, kinda a cool option to check out -

It can either be homescreen replacement or work as a separate app to be launched

I REALLY like that last one. Can you elaborate on that one?
