What does turning on/off the APN do. Does that turn of 3G? If so does that mean I can still make phonecalls/text with APN off (Iam guessing Yes?)

That definitely not it, and now I cannot turn on my APN. I wonder if the phone needs that On. Someone please help me turn it back on! Gracias
