evo shift htc 1yr Warranty

ok so ive had my evo shift less than a year. actiauly this is my second one i got replacement from sprint. and it was a refurbished it had some scratches on it. now im having issues with the phone again and ive taken it to sprint store. they just tell me to update the prl everyday an pull the battery. now when the first phone messed up back in late may shouldnt i have gotten a new phone. with it not beeing a year old even. now they just dont want to even try an help me.

do i have to go through sprint to get this htc warranty?

You can go to HTC directly. They only offer a 15 month warranty FROM THE DATE OF MANUFACTURE!!! NOT from the date of purchase.

I have one replaced by HTC, and they swapped the motherboard in the original phone.

I hope it keeps working.

They do not provide a new unit, they repair or replace (with refurb).
