I kind of fell in love with Launcher8. It seems to be VERY smooth with Harmonia 3.17. The notification bar that is included in the launcher doesnt work very well though, So I left it as the stock notification bar.

nope lol i use uccw sometimes but thats a app called sidebar on the playstore. im using lite version you can only add 8 icons in it. there is another one called swapps i use to use it. that one you have all your apps and recent apps and starred apps on the side. i like sidebar better

It looks awesome. Though I love UCCW for many things, I'll definitely try sidebar. Thank you kindly!
Oh and 8 is more than enough apps for me. Lol. I would only use my favorite or ones the I use more frequently.

I decided to replace the wallpaper in order to better match the blue theme of the Negalite-BluRom.
EDIT: I felt that something was missing, so I added this matching clock widget from Fancy Sense that was made for Negalite-BluRom. Now my homescreen is complete.

Installed a CM10 ROM so I could play with themes again. Will go back to Harmonia once I get bored. I loved the Meizu theme way back on my old little mdpi phone. I'm so happy he made a new version for CM10.
