Default Text from VM in Spanish

I know this is random. I received my "reminder" text from VM that my monthly payment is due, but it came through in Spanish.

Called VM and they have no idea why it is happening. All my previous texts have been in English.

Anyone else have this happen?

Mi último mensaje de VM estaba en Inglés. Eso es muy extraño.

I wouldn't worry about it, it probably got jumbled in the system or something.

Lightbulb I found the problem!

I just logged into my account on the VM website to change plans, and in the profile screen, somehow the radio button for preferred language was set to Español. I clicked on English, so hopefully that fixes it.

The HTC EVO V 4G is Virgin Mobile's first 4G WiMAX Android device. And if it looks familiar, it is because the phone is the same as the EVO 3D, but optimized for this network. Release date is set for May 31st, 2012, for a price of $300 off-co... Read More
