My 4g has disappeared. Can anyone help?

Hello all,

Since the 'network update' a few weeks ago my 4g has completely disappeared. Before VM updated the network, I could easily get 4g at home and for 75% of my commute (20 miles). Since the update, I have not had 4g reception once! Everything now crawls, Skype, Spotify, Dropbox, Downloads etc.

I am on the Harmonia ROM with S-OFF. Here is what I have tried with no 4g success:

Reverting back to a December backup
Trying a different ROM - Midnight
Updating PRL
Updating Profile
Re-flashed the radio
Called VM - they 'rejoined' my phone to the tower (they also confirmed I am in a strong 4g area)

So I'm out of ideas. All I know is before the upgrade I could easily get 7-10mbps download speeds but now I'm stuck in the world of 3g and struggling with 300kbps!

Any ideas anyone?

Did you go over 2GB of data? It might be throttling. Also, what ROM were you on previously (before Midnight)?

I dont believe I did because the update was right at the beginning of a payment cycle. The cycle resets on the 2nd so that will let me know for sure. I highly doubt it though.

I was/am on Harmonia ROM.

happened to me too, they told me when i called the first time that there was a shortage.. but then the second time a called they said, it was it maintenance on a big part of us. where do you live?they said it was supposed to be back on 23 the first time than they said the 28. im getting pissed of... tomorrow im calling..

Im in the Seattle area. Mines still out.

Their still charging me for service just fine though
