Default evo v add 700 MHz Lte coverage

I'm fully rooted and I am on harmonia 3.17. Is this possible on this rom? Suggestions?

The HTC EVO V does not have an LTE capable radio, only a 2600MHz 4G WiMax radio along with CDMA 1x 800/1900MHz voice.
