Market on HTC View using WiFi

Hi all...hoping someone can help.

I chose recently to cancel my Sprint services on my View, opting to go with WiFi only.

Problem is, I can no longer access the Market...I presume due to the fact it can't bill my phone account any longer.

How can I get access back to the Market without the Sprint service?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Connect to WiFi. Launch "Google Play". There is no market.

Can you change your billing settings through your account on the Play store website?
