Just received an updated today - 2.27.1540.32 (Android 2.3.4). I'm in the US.
So I'm still looking forward to a HC upgrade, ICS would be nice, but I'm not holding my breath for it just yet.
I'd really like to get the tablet version of gmail, and the updated Pen support that was demoed a few weeks ago. There are plenty of times that I'd rather use the pen as a stylus and navigate websites with it.
If they can deliver that functionality I'd be pretty happy. I use the Flyer for work emails and calendar on the go not gaming so the power is fine.
Yesterday evening I checked for updates and was able to download and install 3.2.1 on my Best Buy WiFi only Flyer.
I'm in the US, in the DC suburbs.
Version: 3.2.1
HTC Sense Version: 1.1
Software Number: 3.61.1540.31
Kernel: 2.6.35.10-gf346d

Still getting everything setup again. I like that the pen is now recognized as a stylus, should make it easier to pick out links on non mobile web pages.
Can't say much about performance yet, it was a bit slow at first but that is resolving so I assume it's just the apps getting their cache's back.
Hope to hear what you think to it once you've had change to play a while.
So far so good. Haven't noticed any issues. I've been going through my apps to make sure that I've gotten updates if needed. I'm also going to probably delete and clean up as I go.
Some of the Sense widgets won't re-size, which is a bit irritating.
I do like the inclusion of Google Voice as a re-sizable widget, so I can review voice mails much more easily, and even text back thru the Flyer.
I'd previously used Google Talk for Video Chat, I haven't tried it with 3.2. There is an updated app that provides more info. I'll have to give it a shot later.
I prefer the new notification system at the bottom right. Easier to review and clear items without having to swipe down the full notification page.
I tether to my N1 while at work sometimes, but mostly use the Flyer at home to deal with work emails without having to open a laptop.

Just got the 3.2 ORA update over here in Thailand.
Initial reaction was disappointment but after an hour or so its growing on me. Just need to learn my way around the new layout.
I don't like the thin widgets. Haven't found a way to resize them. Maybe just have to live with them.
I felt a bit robbed with the control icons/buttons being disabled but have to admit I was always accidentally pressing them, so it gives a bit more room to handle the Flyer if you have big hands like me.
Hopefully it'll grow on me more over time otherwise I'll be looking to go back to 2.3 or get another tablet.
Haven't gotten the update yet. I'm in Pennsylvania. I purchased this the day it came out. The sad thing is, I got it because it was promised that there would be an upgrade within the first few months of release. It's been almost a year. I may upgrade it to something else because of this. I love HTC, but don't make promises you can't keep.
Silly question so don't take offence, but you don't mention if you did it.
Have you gone in and told the Flyer to check for updates or are you waiting for it to notify you? For the updates I've gotten I've had to go into settings and tell it to check. Unless your Flyer is grey market I would think that everyone in the US should have their HC update by now.
Also, you could try a full shut down and reboot, then tell the flyer to check.

I have googled the pros and cons of honeycomb.whilst there are many pros.the cons are too many.I don't like the idea of losing screen space to make way for buttons that already exist, but have been switched off.it also seems buggy.I'll stick with ginger till ice comes along.
If the desire HD and incredible are getting it.it only seems sensible that the flyer will also.especially if enough flyer owners contact HTC and demand it.
