I want profile pictures of my contacts on both my phone and web email. Which is the best way to do this. If I match pictures to contacts on my phone will it sync with my web mail contacts, or will it work if I sync my google contacts on my web mail, then sync to my phone. Will either achieve my goal of having the picture attached to the contact on both my phone and web browser? OR must I do each one on the phone, and on the web mail browser?

Good question. I find sometimes the phone uses the picture from facebook, some times it uses the internal picture, but it never uses the picture that the person actually set on their own google account.

I have no idea how to get pictures into google voice.
