One last question for you all,I am looking at using my hero when jogging and cycling and have downloaded the cardio app from the store all i would like to know is what arm holder do you recommend to use with my phone,Thanks in advance.

I'm assuming it's Cardio trainer, which is totally worth it. I've got it and the add ons too, which are paid apps and also worth the money.

I posted a very similar question on the runners world UK forums and was recomended some I phone holders to fit the hero. Not tried them yet though. Don't know how to link as I'm on my phone now, but if you cannot find it I will post a link from my pc
