Default LED Notification Lights

I've tried a few notification LED-changing apps but none of them seem to work. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

I was wondering if anyone else has tried this or if anyone has a definitive answer to: whether or not changing the notification LED color is possible.

More specifically.. I want to change the notification light from green/orange to blue. Possibly using the Bluetooth notification light (if there is one at all - don't have a bluetooth device nearby so I'm unable to test it myself).

Note: I'm currently running CM7 on my phone and if it hasn't already been implied, my phone is also rooted.

If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it!
