after update TO ICS I can not find factory reset option in setting menu

last night I update my OS from 2.3 to ICS everything is good but my system is too slow after search in forums .I understand I must do factory reset ,but when I go to setting option and then go to Privacy option , I can not find facory reset option and I can not do factory reset ,after upgrade to Android 4 .my system is to slow and I have to wait long time for use some application like Angry bird .
can I find another way to factory reset for my phone ?

The Factory Reset option for ICS can now be found under STORAGE.
Go to SETTINGS > STORAGE > FACTORY DATA RESET.
