Default Quick Keys

I listen to a lot of audio on my Inspire. I am able to quickly change tracks on my iPod by long pressing the volume buttons. How can I do this on my Inspire?

Not sure if you can do it with the standard app, but something like PowerAmp or WinAmp may offer that functionality?
