Are either of the Bell or Virgin HTC Legends considered branded? I have the Virgin "edition" but there are no markings or branding on the phone it'self and no Bell/Virgin logos on startup so maybe the phone will be considered not branded? Wondering if I have to wait for Virgin mobile to push the Froyo updated or not.

well there are a few virgin apps installed so maybe this makes it branded...i was actually really surprised how stock they kept it...

yeah mine is a virgin mobile phone too and I've been wondering the same thing... I haven't noticed any virgin mobile logos or software on it at all.
