I know its not avaliable on the market for some devices but theres nothing stopping people ( like me ) to download an .apk file straight to my phone.

i recently did and have the game running but there are a few minor problems such as buttons overlapping and some objects in the levels aren't there (all breakable or ones with points available [even on impact] are there) the game is zoomed in and the zoom cannot be changed

i was wondering since there is only a few visual problems it may be released on some devices such as mine at a later date?

would it just be easier to end my contract and get the new htc desire hd coming out later this month?
