apple files patent infringement suit against htc

I just read on popsci.com that apple is suing HTC saying there smart phones infringe on the iPhone patent .

I hate Apple and I hope Google crushes them as this is obviously a shot st Google more than a shot at HTC .

Here's a link to the story on Yahoo. If it's justified, HTC will probably just pony up some cash in the end (as opposed to shutting down their production line). Google was not named in the suit--big companies like small targets and Google is WAY too big for Steve Jobs to tackle.
