This is my first message in this forum, so hi to all.

I have just a HTC Magic (Vodafone) in Spain. I have a problem when I send text messages. I only can use "normal" characters (no extended characters as accented chars or others). If I use extended chars, the message will be received unreadable (it includes a lot of chunk characters).

It is a bug in this device?. I suppose that it dont support languages as spanish yet. Have you the same problem?

if your phone is in English OS, maybe will have this problem.

I dont know the language of the OS (english, I suppose), but I have been able to identify another (three more) users with the same problem here in Spain. It seems a problem in internationalization of the operative system (I hope so).
