I'm using chomp sms, but I can not seem to find anything anywhere to change the time zone or anything in chomp or elsewhere in my phone, my call times are correct though.

Did you check in System Setting | Date & Time ??

Ya thats all set right, and all my time stamps are correct, except for text messages. its weird.

if you are in Canada rogers is aware of the problem and are working on a solution. I talked to tech support for the 3rd time today and was told that a "Master Ticket" has been created due to X amount of support tickets being created on the same problem. So there will be a fix at some point.

Just get smsfixtimes from the Market until Rogers fixes it (which will probably be never).
