Good questions.

5.) Is there anything HTC can do to prevent Verizon from crippling HTC Dev unlock method within hours of release?

Can you pick it up at a store or is it delivered to you? I'm heading on vacation tomorrow and would love to be able to get it before I leave.

Did they bring wireless charging back?

Keep hearing the issue of it being metal. So what. I have a watch that charges wireless and it is metal. So invalid excuse.

Sadly, the going rate for many flagships these days. I probably wouldn't pay either price tbh. Although one of these days I'll have to make a decision like that (grandfathered unlimited data).

What I *really* want to know is if the M8 can read and interact with the SD card. People keep saying that the newest releases of Android restrict the phone from writing anything or using anything that's stored on SD. And if it can't is there any news on HTC working on a fix for that?
