Default Factory Reset - Normal Ram Usage?

Hi guys. I just factory reset my One S and my ram 'used' is at about '390mbs' and 'free' ram is at '290mbs'. Is this normal? or a cause for concern?

That seems about right. Don't worry too much about RAM usage, Android handles it differently than say a Windows OS. I have around 686 total RAM running CM10 (when looking from the manage apps area), so 680 on stock seems right.
