Default Where has the "choose network" gone?

In all the Android devices I had in the past (mostly HTC) the "select operator" option has always been under Wireless and networks -> Mobile networks -> Network operators -> Select automatically/manually. Where do I find these options on the One S? Under "Wireless and networks" I can only see options for Airplane mode, WiFi, BT and mobile network. That's it, nothing else, even under the "more" option. My handset was bought from T-Mobile, which means I should be able to choose between them and Orange depending in the signal strength. I just can't seem to find where this option is, checked the manual as well..
