Default How to turn off the VM startup sound?

Anyone have any success turning off the VM startup sound? I tried Silent Boot with no luck. Would prefer a non-root solution.

Thanks!

From my experience with other phones, you will need root to accomplish this.

All you need to do is download silent boot from the app store. As easy as that.

silent boot works, but you have to turn off fastboot
settings > power > uncheck fastboot

then it should mute the startup sound
