Default Owner info on lock screen, how

Assuming one can, how can I put my contact info on the lock screen? Seems like the ideal would be to replace that "Virgin Mobile" line with my email address. I've done a lot of searching and I'm coming up empty. Thanks in advance.

The only way to do this without rooting and using a custom rom would be to use a 3rd party lock screen. Holo locker can do this. Of course, that will replace the look of the HTC lock screen No more famous metal ring.
