Default Problem with preloaded tunein app

Hi folks.

Loving the phone so far. I am having a small issue with the tune-in app though. It seems to decide by itself to open and override whatever else I have running. E.g. playing temple run and it just pops up over top.

Anyone else having this issue? Know any solutions?

No one else? Must just be me! Did it come preloaded for other than orange branded models?

I was Orange Branded and it came pre installed on mine. I disabled it though as I purchased Tune In Pro a while back.

Have you tried clearing cache and data associated with the app?
