i just found this article regarding 4.1 our One X. Hopefully it's legit:

I got Jelly bean now.
But it suck the danish dictionary works very bad and the project butter dosent really feel that smooth compared to ics.
And HTC has still not made gmail widget for the lock screen even they have updated it with a new feature.
So if you OneX don't have JB yet don't be sad you not missing out on anything.
